Rationale

( a ) The fire underwriters' knot.
( b ) The jobs presented during the first hour.
o   Summary: The four things an instructor does to "get ready."
SECOND SESSION
o   Drill on training time tables.
o   Three practice instruction demonstrations with coaching on Job Breakdowns.
o   Four practice instruction demonstrations with coaching on Job Breakdowns.
o   Three practice instruction demonstrations.
o   Conclusion and Summary
( a ) Questions.
( b ) Importance of good Job Instruction to production.
( c ) Necessity of using the Job Instruction Plan
